Installation problem
My fiber comes from a pole on the other side of my neighbor's house. The neighbor agreed to have the fiber stapled to the fence where it was not visible, because tree roots kept it from being buried. But the installer left the fiber d(Edited per community guidelines)d across the fence - very ugly. My neighbor is angry, what do I do?

best to wait until the US settles down from the COVD virus it was announced today
• Our first priority is repair of the network and the services we provide to customers.
• Second is broadband installs for health care providers, first responders, government and other essential business and service providers like grocery stores and financial services. We will work other installations as resources allow.
• Our third priority will be installs for pay TV services
