How to reach a supervisor?

I’m very disappointed with AT&T. I’ve spoken to 8 rep and 8 times I had to restate the issue even when I have already a Workorder or reference #. I will NEVER use At&T again bc now they’re telling us to wait 3-5 business days for someone at At&T to call us and see if they cab fix the problem. With COVID, teleworking and virtual college/education we need the internet ASAP. But not one rep is able to solve the issues by moving our services to our new location. I just need AT&T to drive to the new location and activate the port so we can have internet connectivity.

Simple call 1-800-288-2020 and ask for a supervisor but expect to wait quite a while.

What is your real problem?

From your post it would appear that you are trying to transfer service to a new address. Does your new address show as Fiber available using this lin?

http://www.att.com/availability/

Does your new address qualify for a self-install or do you need a tech install?

But if you never want to use AT&T again why are you bothering to want to speak to a supervisor?

ATT is literally (Edited per community guidelines). We have an attorney involved because a store allowed for a sale that was fraud and they have been forcing us to pay for it. It’s such a joke, oh and when you attempt to contact anyone it’s a million and one redirections to people who barely understand what you’re saying. There’s reasons we switched and will never go back and the fact that they’ve taken time away from me being a new parent to deal with this is upsetting. You’d think that with such a big company that they’d want to protect their customers or business but it’s a joke.
