How to file a complaint about install service?

I had fiber internet installed a couple months and and still fuming from the bad experience.  Who can I talk to about this?  AT&T's scheduling delays and bad planning cost me a lot of money and time away from work!!!

I am having a similar issue, except this is the third time I've been here for the install and no one shows and no one calls.  When I call customer care, they say "the local office is closed and there is no one to call to see why the fiber isn't getting installed, so either cancel or keep rescheduling an install"  WHAT???   Why does your website tell me it's available at my house if you aren't even gonna show.  This is my third no-call, no-show from ATT.  Been a cell customer for nearly 14 years.  Maybe it's time to make a change.

Greetings,

Recently, I changed from Direct TV to ATT TV. The quality is poor and spools quite frequently. A few months back, ATT installed fiber optics in our community so I went to the ATT office and scheduled for the technician to do the fiber optics install. The fiber optics is routed into a box about 50' from my home. It is a matter of continuing the optics cable out the left side of the box, under a 10' wide driveway, that already has existing PVC pipes that end in my yard where they can install the other needed box to continue the service to my house. There have been 6 different technicians come out, take a look, and leave. The last two times it was the same technician who refuses to WORK! My next step is to write a letter of complaint to the president of ATT, contact the newspaper and the local TV stations.These event have taken place Sept 24, Nov 9, Nov 12, Nov 13, Nov 22.

Very bad people in service, I have just installed the service, they mess up my and neighbor garden by dicking wrong places, instead of proper installation.

They just use the shortcut method, like to file a legal case against them, how would I achieve that?

@Alwan22. All insurance claims against AT&T are handled by Sedgwick. Please call them at 855-365-4976, 8am - 4:30pm CST. To open a new claim and have a rep assigned to your claim or to check on an existing claim status: please call 855-462-537.

That being said, since this thread is 3 years old it will be closed.
