Getting fiber at new home construction?

How do I request or set up AT&T Fiber service at a new townhome construction that was just recently completed? When I check online I can see that homes directly to the left and to the right of my property (on the same side of the street) are eligible to receive AT&T Fiber, however, when I contacted AT&T by phone they were unable to help. I beleive this is because the address hasn't been added to the AT&T after yet. Is there someone I can call directly that deals with on boarding new constructions?
