Fiber
For whatever reason, when ATT ran fiber in my area, they stopped a whopping 500ft from my home. Are there ANY options to arrange to be connected to the pole less than a mile down my road? Without it, the only option the people on my road have is a dismal 10mbps tops. Considering how often I'd asked about this, for it to be left quite literally just out of reach was insulting, given the alternative.

We understand how important it is to have the fastest Internet speeds possible, Chbrock3.
Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to request that the Fiber lines be expanded to cover your address. For more information about Fiber availability, we recommend visiting our article that discusses AT&T Internet availability and your home in greater detail. You'll learn about why Fiber may not be available at the moment and how to be notified if/when it is.
If you have more questions about Fiber availability or anything else, just let us know.

Thats the point. I'd been told that my address WOULD be reached for months prior to technicians actually installing it, but then they stopped 500ft down the road. It was a bit of a slap to the face, considering what I'd been told, and how close they came. So what exactly are my options? If they're not going to run the line down to the end of the road, am I just stuck with the bottom of the barrel service you guys provide currently?
