Fiber relocation (only down a few inches!)

Hello!

What's the appropriate route to have a fairly new (6 months?) fiber install relocated maybe 5 inches down?  Also, does anybody know the cost for the service call?

When the install tech came out, he had to put it up about 5 inches higher than my outlets because there was an old gas line in the wall.  I have since removed that line, and I'm about to put a projector screen up which will cover at least half if not all of the inside fiber drop location.  I may very well be able to just install the screen over it, but I'm not sure how far the screen will sit off the wall.
