Fiber Internet Installed - Cable Never Buried
We had Fiber Internet installed on 2/26/2022 and we were told that a crew would come out in the next 2 weeks to bury the cable. Someone did come out in that timeframe and said they were there to bury the cable. They started to work and then left suddenly. Nobody has been back since. We are concerned about the cable being exposed for this long. We contacted the original tech on 3/26/2022 to see if he could help. He said he would look into it and we haven't heard back.

You're going to need to call our Buried Wire Center at 800.924.9420 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET.
