Fiber Box installed
We just moved into a new house 2 weeks ago the last house built on my side on the street. A corner lot to be exact the road it a T and on the other side of that street houses were already built mine was the last 1 on that side of the street. My neighbor has a fiber box and I don’t. I’m the very last house before you cross a road, and I don’t have a fiber box on my lot and for some reason can’t tap into the 1 between my house and the neighbors house. We have had 3 appointments with fiber suppliers 2 with AT&T. What is the issue.

Terminals are generally located every 2 to 4 houses.
Is this buried service or aerial from a pole?
If have (4) port fiber terminal only 4 addresses are supported. If all on use then there are no facilities to provide service unless someone cancels when you could be assigned their port.
This is easier to see when on poles.
Tech is being dispatched for installation or is install canceled before tech is dispatched? If latter suggests facilities issue, no connection available.
If a tech is arriving on site, then the tech would be best to explain why service cannot be installed...

This will be a buried service. My wife told AT&T call center that we a technician that does the outside work before we need an installer. I think it a lot of the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. This is a known problem with any business these days. I hope the problem gets resolved soon.

Honestly...
Talk to your neighbor, kindly ask him to "share some bandwidth". :D no joke. It seems he doesn't want that.

You mention you have a corner house. Does your street address still the follow the same number scheme as the house next to you?
It is possible that the Fiber Service may end at that last house if your address is in the cross-street even if you are in the exact same block. What do the techs tell you about availability? Since you were able to get an order in but installs fail it looks like a facilities issue.
Check this link: https://www.att.com/availability for houses on both sides of the street to confirm availability.
What Fiber box does your neighbor have? Round Pedestal or Green ground hand hole?

Well that is a 12 port Fiber terminal. But you did not answer my question about your street address. Does your address show as the same street as your next door neighbor or is your Front house entrance actually around the corner on a different street since your house is on a corner lot?
So does that mean you were able to order 2 AT&T Installs but both failed due to lack of facilitates? Who was the 3rd appointment with?

Does your neighbor have AT&T Fiber? there is one port connected and it is labelled. You could open the hand hole and see how to orange tag is numbered.
