Downed line

There is at Att line down all the way across our front yard, in the road, and across our driveway. We've tried contacting you several days in a row, held on hold for hours, been transferred to multiple departments only to be told to call the very same number we've called in the first place to report the issue. It's extremely frustrating as we're just trying to help your company before it causes a hazard or the line gets cut and our neighbors are out of internet. Thanks for being absolutely no help!
