Denied Claim

We are extremely frustrated with the lack of support. We were just denied and the reasoning is 100% a lie as we specifically spoke directly to the technician that sat a boring machine over our water line. If no one can assist us this matter and get it resolved by the end of the week we will be turning over to small claims court and will be filing a (Edited per community guidelines)!

Maybe try pushing this to the top @AT&T.  They might be able to push on Sedwick a bit.

Fill out the form HERE.

 

Ignore the stated purpose on the form.  This will be responded to within 24 hrs by someone from the Executive Care team at AT&T and they may be able to get things done.  Once you submit, make sure you're ready to get a call from a number that isn't familiar.  If you miss it your chances of calling back and getting a successful result goes down.
