Customer Service Manager

Does anyone have an email for the customer service manager? Our internet was supposed to be transferred and instead they disconnected our internet after the first 30 days of us being all set up in the new place. I just spent an hour and 47 minutes on the phone being bounced from department to department and no one can tell me why my internet was shut off. It is Saturday at 5:43pm and they said they can’t get it back on until someone can come out Monday between 2-4. I work from home and I have to be on for work Monday from 8-3 with no internet and no one can tell me why. Then they tell me it’s a $300 service charge for the person to come out Monday and they will reinstall my new internet for an extra $10 a month because the promotion I was currently on has passed. I have to have internet this week for work otherwise I would be cancelling. I am NOT paying the $300 charge and the extra $10 a month when it’s ATT fault not mine and no one can even tell me why. I need an email of a manager
