Cable across my property
Att put a cable in our back acreage without permission. Instead of running it from the right of way along the property line, they ran it across. My husband almost ran it over w our riding mower. It would have ruined our mower! They have no rights to come onto our property nor did they ask. I'm livid.

Sounds like a temporary line of some kind. Just how big is this cable that it could destroy a riding lawn mower? If it's not inside an easement you have every right to complain to your local authorities.

The utility easement is on the sides and front of the property only

They could have easily ran it down the side and straight back. Instead of across our entire back acreage. And again. Nobody notified us. And had my husband ran it over, we would have had a broken mower.

We'd be glad to address your concern about the cable that was placed on your property, Ortegafarms.
As spoom2 stated, you'll need to contact the department of your local government that handles easements. If you have any other questions or concerns, don't hesitate to reach back out.
