Actually, two more are broken almost as bad as shown in the attached picture.  Four more in the subdivision are cracked that I could see.  I can send the addresses if someone will be able to replace the tops.

I called the buried Wire Center Team and they will be fixing it.  I will pass this along to other residence in our subdivision with similar problems.  Thank you.

AT&T - It is very difficult to find the right people to fix problems with broken boxes and exposed lines.  It sounds like the customer service team at 855-920-0146 is still sending people to a non-working number for buried line problems (866-410-7414).  Can you give them your new number?

I created ticket PQ2GF728 using my neighbor's address since it's in their yard last week.  I called again today, and they said someone was out, but didn't see the problem.  They created ticket PQ2GFP75 with my address and they're supposed to call right before the stop by today.  Fingers crossed.

Mine is fixed, and the repair person took my list of addresses with similar problems.  He will talk with his supervisor about fixing all of the similar issues in my neighborhood.  Yeah!!!
