ATT u-verse Internet and TV speed slowing down

I am getting very disenchanted with U-Verse, it started the day it was installed, the tech used faceplate's and patch panels from other ISP I had leaving with the phone connection on one wall INTERNET on another wall and the TV line on a 3rd wall, there are wires all over my office.  He tore out my old router/firewall/ Internet filter and replaced it with the ATT crap modem that does not provide adult content filtering, Ma Bell is rolling in her grave,

Lately the INTERNET speed and streaming TV is getting slow.  Netflix and ACORN pause all night long. 

I am looking for a new service
