At&t hates the military community!!!!!

We just moved to a new subdivision that is a predominately military community. After 4 scheduled installations(which one didn't even bother to show up or notify that they weren't coming) and one scheduled repair from the engineers to fix the cut fiber line(of course they didn't show up either)...we have no service. So basically the only way for me to do my job. My husband and I will have to pay rent at old home and a new mortgage... just so I can keep my job. Without internet and phone service at my new home. I am not able to work there. My husband is active duty and doesn't have the flexibility to take off work for these failed installation/repair attempts. I have used 5 days of PTO alone and all we ever get is the run around. No can tell me when these "secret" engineers that no can even speak too will ever appear and do their job at my home. Several homeowners in my community have complained about this and still At&t could give two craps. We are stuck because At&t is our only service option. I got all excited because I came to visit my new home and so that it was all spray painted with lines....and flags. I thought "oh At&t is about to do some work finally". I'm not even sure anymore is At&t even did those markings!!! I'm so frustrated right now
