AT&T Fiber
How do I get AT&T Fiber on my block?? My neighbors have it and love it -- service seems to be available in a very inconsistent patchwork of accessibility, block by block. It's currently unavailable on my block, even though AT&T installed these hideous bright orange pylons all down the street warning of underground cables when digging! I refuse to get their sub-par basic internet. I would switch instantly if Fiber was available. How do we get access??

We have a few resources to help you with this request.
Here is some information on Is AT&T Internet Available at Your Home, to help answer questions on Fiber availability.
Keep in mind, there could be a situation where Fiber is available in your area but we do not have any more space to add new customers.
If you haven't already checked, we have a way online to check the availability in your area and get you started on signing up for services.
In order to start the process of looking into adding services to an area or home, you will have to get in touch with our New Service department.
We also have a way to call in and see about requesting Fiber to become available at our Internet help page. Just scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will find the New Service phone number to contact them.

Hi, Jessika - thanks for the info. Unfortunately I'm not interested in any service other than Fiber... so that's where we are.
