Will this device work for att fiber?
I want to order ATT fiber 1gig and according to ATT online, my apartment is pre wired. I have this OFS box and this ATT jack in the living room. I have a feeling this is old equipment. Should I schedule a tech for the install? What you guys think?

After some searching I believe this jack is setup for the BGW-320? On the order page the only option is self install which will probably be the BGW-210. Should I place the order online or maybe call them to speak with a rep and inform them of the specific wall jack. I would prefer to have the 320 if possible. Thanks

The fiber jack pictured is for the BGW 320 not the 210.
The second pic is of the actual fiber to the unit. The top green fiber connects to fiber coupler while the bottom fiber should be the one going to the fiber jack in the first picture.
No separate ONT (010 or 020) installed to support a BGW 210.

Thanks for your reply. Issue is how do I inform ATT that I need a 320 and not the 210. Self install will probably be the 210. There is no option online to choose or have a tech install so they can check the condition of the fiber. I will try to call them and see where it goes.

You don't. Your address is already setup as having an active AT&T Fiber wall plate (Jack). The only option for self-install will be a BGW320. Order online and you should get the BGW320 and self install kit in 2-3 business days.
If you happen to get a BGW210-700 in error (very unlikely) since you have an installed AT&T Fiber wall plate then it is time to call 1-800-288-2020 and report a failed Self-install.

Thanks Dave that's what I hope happens. My current apartment (moving this weekend) does have the white 010 ONT box for fiber but the new one just has the wall jack which seems the better option in getting a 320. I will go ahead and place the order online and see what happens. If the install fails and a tech is needed I hope he doesn't change it out for a 010 instead as I would prefer the 320.

Update! Dave you were correct! My new BGW320 has arrived and for the most part the setup went smooth. The home manager app gave me some issues but after some closing and opening the setup finished. Im using it right now and WiFi speeds are around 580 down and up, a lot better then spectrum. After I get moved in then I will follow the setup for adding my router via pass through. Thanks for the replies.
