It is being reported that the BGW320 is in short supply and are only being used for new installs.

One, perhaps the fastest and easiest, is purchase a unit with desired features and place behind the BGW 210 using IP PassThrough
Two, if internet 2000 or 5000 is available for your address, order the faster service ($120 or $180 per month) which requires the BGW 320, new installation.
Three, request a service call, Dispatch On Demand ($99 charge), tech will require manager approval before able to swap equipment.
Note, while the BGW 320 might offer Wi-Fi 6, does not mean will be the best Wi-Fi 6 equipment available… recommend purchase a better or best product instead of receiving a good product from ATT concerning your wireless needs.
Spent some time researching will find many still placing their own equipment behind the BGW 320.
