Very Disappointed with AT&T
AT&T was doing work in my subdivision and destroyed my internet connection. I phone them to explain that not only do I work from home, but I also have an ill relative whose medical device relies on the internet.
I was informed by the company that I had to wait 5 days for a service call to assess the problem. This is unacceptable. I'm thinking of transferring to Spectrum.

3 to 5 days is standard wait time for entertainment service which is what ATT internet is…
If need a consistent connection need to have a redundant internet which could be cable, cellular hotspot or satellite service.
Over the yearsI have installed ATT internet as a backup often at 10/1 to supplement the customer cable (Spectrum) internet which goes out leaving the customer with no service until their problem is resolved.

I've had Spectrum for many years without any significant problems. AT&T is all-around disappointing. I'm going to certainly share this experience with my network.
