Unable to disconnect unknown device from brand new AT&T router

Hello. I had AT&T internet set up yesterday by AT&T tech. Today there is an unknown device with a very weak signal but when I tried to pause that device I received an error that in order to maintain service it cannot be disconnected   What is it? I did an MAC address lookup and it’s an unknown. I did an IP location search and it shows Redmond Washington. Im in Houston!

It would appear to be a Windows device that never connected and provided an IP from you router that was detected while you were completing the initial setup. If you want a clean slate just press the small Red reset button for long than 15 seconds and start your customization again.

@dave006 if it had shown up yesterday during the set up or anytime last evening I would understand but why not appear until today when I was not adding new connections?
