Unable to connect to my AT&T BGW320-505 Gateway

I had my BGW320 installed last week and had no issues until yesterday. I currently have no internet and the front of the BGW320 is slowly blinking red. After following the reboot instructions, still no luck and there’s no reported outages in my area and I live in an apartment and my neighbors with the same gateway currently have internet. Is this something that can easily be troubleshooted or do I need a new BGW320? I added pictures of the error messages. Thank you!

You need a service call, to troubleshoot the light level to the ONT located inside the 320.

A loose connection st the SFP that plugs into the back of the gateway, damaged fiber run especially if have pet that might have chewed on the fiber.  Poor end at wall jack, damaged fiber in the building or pulled jumper at the PFP all are possible issues. The tech dispatch would be best to troubleshoot and resolve your blinking red light
