There's a Problem with Fiber Line but Internet still works?

This has been on the smart home manager for 1 year now but the internet works just fine I get 1 gig. I don't know what could cause this issue?

It thinks there's a problem with fiber line but the internet works fine I get the full speeds.

We recommend that you troubleshoot the Smart Home Manager to clear the message.

 

Try these options:

  • Restart the app
  • Reboot your gateway
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • Remove 3rd party devices, such as routers and switches
