I just upgraded from Uverse. My old speed was 30mps. My new fiber is 30mps down, 380mps up. (Tested using the BGW320-505 so nothing to do with my network) So the inverse of what it should be. I have called AT&T I think 5 times. Each time saying I think its a CO configuration issue. They keep asking about my network etc. Then they say "We have fixed it don't worry." Should work in an hour. No luck.
They are sending me a new modem because I also want to upgrade to 1000mps. They also say that will fix the problem. I somehow doubt it will.
