SITES NOT FUNCTIONAL

Some sites not working, i need to work and cannot access microsoft services. I am in Oak Park IL. I have been up for 15 hours trying to rectify this issue with over 7 reps and managers at your philipines support center and they dont have the tools to reset the DNS! I need this resolved or i am cancelling UVERSE and moving to comcast today.
