Rapidly blinking white light

I have a BGW320-500 with 600mbps fiber and for the past few days, at random times throughout the day, the white light on the front of my modem/router blinks rapidly for about a minute and then returns to solid white. I lose wifi for a brief moment while it's blinking and all my devices connected to the WiFi disconnect and show no internet service. 

Restarting sometimes delays it from happening for the day but it returns usually the next day or so.

It's a problem because I work from home and I don't want this to be a bigger issue down the line.
