Problem since Monday (yesterday) with Amazon Video, Disney Plus and Pandora
Out of the nowhere Monday I have been unable to watch Amazon Video, Disney Plus and Pandora on my Roku TV. The video will try to load and spin and spin and time out. I can load it fine on tablets and phones on the same WiFi, its only the Roku TV that has the problem. No issues with Netflix, HBO Max, YouTube... they all play fine. I've rebooted the AT&T Gateway, my own router, and even tried setting a different DNS server. Oddly enough, Pandora won't work on anything (tv or devices). If I connect the TV to my AT&T hotspot off my cellphone, then everything works. I changed nothing between Sunday and Monday when the problem suddenly started.
I have reloaded the Prime Video and Disney Plus apps on the Roku TV with no change. Again, the TV works fine when it is connected to a different internet source.

We understand how frustrating it must be to have one device that won't stream your favorite content, darkexpress.
Due to the fact that your other devices can stream Amazon Video, Disney Plus, Pandora, and other streaming apps, and your Internet seems to be working fine otherwise, we recommend reaching out to Roku support for troubleshooting suggestions.
If you need further assistance with your AT&T service, we'll be here to help.

I have figured out what was wrong. There was a confusion about the bill for our account (it was supposed to be combined with another AT&T bill, but was not), and we had an overdue balance. For some reason, the DNS interception that AT&T was putting on the service to let us know about a problem with our account only impacted the services described above and only on our TV. Once the overdue bill was paid and the service was restored the problem went away. Very confusing, but now resolved.
