Plex No Longer Reachable After ONT Upgrade
I have Google WiFi coming off the Arris and then unmanaged gig switches behind the Google WiFi. The Plex Server (Win10) is hardwired via one of these gig switches.
I let the Google WiFi assign the IP to the Plex server. I then reserved the IP in Google WiFi and manually entered the IP, Subnet mask, default gateway from the Google WiFi on the Plex Server. I then used the Primary/Secondary DNS from the Arris Broadband Status page on the Plex server.
Port 32400 (TCP) is forwarded on the Arris and Google WiFi appropriately yet it still shows unavailable outside my network.

We're here to help, @jaredbares!
Just for clarification, can you let us know what type of Gateway you currently have with us? Have you tried rebooting your Gateway after the process of changing it's settings?
We also suggest you confirm whether you have set up IP Passthrough properly on your Gateway.
Let us know if this helps. We look forward to hearing back from you!

What happens if you, only as a test, removed the Google Wifi from the equation and just hook the Plex server to the BGW and port forward on the BGW? Your post describes an ONT "upgrade" as perhaps being the cause of the issue so eliminating the Google Wifi will confirm if that's the problem.
