Pedestal in yard needs to be moved

I am working with a land developer in a residential development in Fort Worth, and AT&T installed several pedestals, however they are all in the wrong place.  I have tried to reach out to several OPS Mgr Design Engineers in the area; however I haven’t had any luck.

We are trying to finish the development for the townhomes being built, however we can’t because of these pedestals

I can have one the partners meet whomever at the location in question to go over where they need to be moved to.

the issue was Oncor installed their equipment in the wrong place, AT&T installed their pedestals next to them; however  Oncor had to move their units since they were installed incorrectly.

If there is any way you can help me with this, I would be so grateful
