Packet loss averaging 6%

I’m averaging 6% packet loss per minute right now. This is getting infuriating. I’ve had 3 separate site visits from AT&T now - all 3 of them inspected inside and outside my home and assured me the fiber line is trouble free. All 3 of them also admitted they are not trained to look for packet loss. This issue is debilitating and causes voice interruption on my voip system as well as making any kind of first person shooter impossible to play. I switched from Comcast for this thinking fiber would be more reliable. The first tech changed out my modem - it didn’t help at all. All my devices are hard wired. Someone needs to take ownership of this problem or my next phone call to ATT will be to cancel my account.

For the heck of it I decided to try a speed test from the smart home manager (but I’m not having a speed issue - I’m having intermittent PACKET LOSS). Anyway - I can’t even get that to work, but other sites like SpeedTest.net work fine.
