ONT Fiber cord/setup

On my router, I don't have the ONT cable, everywhere I read it's needed for Fiber to do its thing but the person who came and installed my Fiber today either didn't do it or didn't think I needed it. I am not fully knowledgeable on Fiber so I can only say what I see but some feedback or help would be appreciated.
