ONT box won’t power on
My ONT box just suddenly turned off and won’t turn back on. It’s plugged into a wall outlet and I double checked to make sure it is working, which it is. Tried calling support but was on hold for technical support and got disconnected. Still waiting for another call back.

Do you have a volt meter to check the AC adapter? If you do you should be able to determine if it's actually the AC adapter that is bad. If it is, it will be faster to buy a replacement than to wait for AT&T to send a tech out.
It requires a 12v DC output with at least 1A capacity (more is fine). The hardest part is making sure the barrel connector is the right size but there are universal AC adapters that come with a selection of connectors like this.
