Not getting fiber network speed on Windows PC devices using wired network connection using BGW320-500 router

I'm having a weird problem with my newly installed fiber. I got the 300Mbps fiber service, and while I get that speed on my Mac connected to a wired internet (375.70 download/374.01 upload), and on my Windows PCs over wi-fi (295.53 download/377.39 upload). However, when I plug my Windows PC into a wired connection, I get less than 100Mbps (~95.04 download/94.86 upload). I've tried several different Windows PC, different ethernet cables, different ethernet jacks in the home, and even plugging directly into the router (and I tried all the ports on the router), and I get similar results when wired no matter what. All the Windows devices are running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Is there some sort of different network configuration needed for Windows? Or is this a problem with the router?

Those numbers look very much like a cable or connection issue - like the port is negotiating 100M rather than 1G to the switch. It could possible be drivers as well.  Make sure WiFi is off, connect the ethernet cable, and check the connection speed in the network connections console windows.  See if it is negotiating 100M or 1000M.

Thanks for reaching out and we'd be happy to help with the internet speeds you're experiencing on your Windows PC when using a wired connection, @j4tang

In order to take a closer look into why you're experiencing these speeds, we'll need to meet in a DM. We'll have to authenticate your account, so we're able to run some test on our end. Please check your Direct Message inbox (it's the chat icon located next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the Forums).

We look forward to hearing from you.

I'm a little unclear--I verified my account, what's supposed to happen next? It's been 1.5 hours since I verified the account...
