NAD Displays Solid Alarm

I have restarted NAD (power disconnected) multiple times over 2 hours. There is no connection at Gateway and the PON light is OFF.

I need a technician!

We're here to help you stabilize your Internet connection, @unhappy10001.

We can give you troubleshooting options to try on your gateway. You can try restarting and factory resetting your gateway. Here are the steps to restart:

  • Unplug the power connection behind the gateway for ~15 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and wait for the broadband light to turn green.

Here are the steps to factory reset:

  • Locate the small red button & pinhole on the lower rear of the gateway
  • Depress for ~15 seconds.

Also, the gateway status light chart that my thoughts provided should give you a good idea as to why the gateway is acting up.
