Was looking for some info on the forums but hadnt found anything super useful outside of some folks with resolved issues. I've been having periods of downtime with my internet since Tuesday of this week (12/21/2021). I called after a huge issue that knocked me out of work for a few hours and with some luck was able to get back online mostly but have had near constant drops in service. I utilized the chat feature on the ATT Smart Home Manager app and they tried a few things on that end but nothing seemed to work and the tech was a bit at a lose. I had a network tech buddy of mine come over and he ensured that all of my lines were in perfect working order but the issues seem to have dropped off, at least things seemed better. At about 12:10AM last night the problems re arrived and when I checked the app there were reported outages. The outages have since been repaired(?) but my problems persist.
Does this sound like something anyone else has experienced and if so, is there a resolution on my end or am I just stuck in a dingy waiting to be saved?
Additional: The initial tech that I spoke with on Tuesday sent a replacement modem and that has since arrived and been installed.
