Low upload speed
I have a low upload speed on my fiber optic AT&T internet of .7. I noticed this on or about 2/12/23, and I had them send me the white gateway, which did not help. I am using orbi mesh router system. Could someone let me know if they have had this same issue?

Hi there, TravisMorton. We understand that you are getting slow upload speeds. We can look at that.
You have stated that you are using a 3rd party mesh system. We recommend that you first disconnect the mesh system. Then we recommend resetting the AT&T equipment.
After the reset of the router, then connect a laptop or computer via an Ethernet cord and run a speed test. This test will show you what your speeds are getting via a physical connection.
After that, then try with WIFI through just the AT&T equipment.
With that completed, then reconnect the 3rd party mesh system. Make sure that you are able to browse, then run the speed test again.
Try these things and let us know if they work for you.

Abysmally SLOW Upload speeds appear to be spreading - my last test was 17 Up, on a direct ethernet connection.
Did you ever get your problem resolved? If so: HOW? If Not: Why not?
