Lost Ark not going past character select screen

Try restarting both your router and AT&T gateway, and try the character selection again. You may also want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If this is the only game having this problem, we also suggest reaching out to their support team to make sure this isn't a known issue on their end.

From your post it would appear that you don't have all the required ports configured on your Router in IP/Passthrough mode.

Double check your Lost Ark game ports are properly mapped for Lost Ark on your third-party router or on your PC if you have it in IP/Passthrough mode.
