Lines on ground since January 12, 2023 after tornado in Locust Grove, GA

I've called different #'s twice and reported once on "chat" for the situation shown below.  After a series of tornados went through Locust Grove, GA on January 12, 2023 the power and other lines were knocked down to the ground.  About 4 days after the damage occurred Central Georgia EMC replaced damaged power poles and lines but the non-power lines (ATT Fiber/Internet lines and maybe other cable lines) remain on the ground as of today (March 7, 2023).  AMAZINGLY I never lost signal so the lines may not be damaged although they ARE STILL ON THE GROUND!  Maybe this situation is in the system and in a repair queue somewhere but I have no way of knowing when and if the lines down situation will be rectified even though I've reported it multiple times.  The pictures were taken on Cleveland Farms Rd, Locust Grove, GA.  Can someone at ATT contact me as to when these downed lines might be mounted back on their poles? Trash and delivery trucks are having to veer off the road to avoid the low hanging lines.  Alternatively if these are NOT AT&T's lines then I'll need try and identify who owns them so they can be repaired or removed.
