Is it possible to access router settings after IP passthrough?

I was having problems with disconnecting on the BGW210-700 ATT modem so I did IP passthrough to my ASUS RT-AX86U.

Everything connects fine except my TCL55 Roku TV. It would connect fine at first and then all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore unless I restart my modem and router.

My other issue is, I seem to not be able to access my Asus Router settings page using 192.168.50.1 or router.asus.com.

Is it possible to access the Asus Router page?

Do you know if there is a fix for my Roku TV disconnecting?

I access my asus router away from home and at home with no trouble with my gateway in ip passthrough. Did you restart your asus after setting the gateway to ip passthrough? Is your asus wan ip the same as the gateway ipv4 address? Is the Roku tv connecting wired or wirelessly?

There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to connect to the ASUS's management page at http://192.168.50.1 assuming (a) that's the ASUS's IP and (b) you're connected to the ASUS (and not the BGW210).

How far from your ASUS is your TV?

Did you turn off the Wi-Fi on your BGW210 to reduce interference for your ASUS?

I'm wondering if I connected my router correctly? I plugged the ethernet wire from the #1 port on the BGW to my #1 ASUS port.

My TV is very close to the router, it is connected wirelessly.

I turned off the Wi-Fi on the BGW

IP for the BGW is 192.168.1.254

IP for Asus is 192.168.50.1

I am still able to log into the BGW

turns out I plugged the router wrong. I plugged the ethernet to the WAN and now everything is working correctly.

I have set my Netgear NightHawk up in Passthrough mode. I'm still able to access the AT&T router. My setup is from the AT&T internet port to my Netgear Internet port.  Is this correct?  Or should the AT&T internet port be plugged into one of the other ports on the Netgear router.

Normally if you have router with an AT&T Gateway, you hook the WAN port of your router to any one of the LAN ports on the Gateway.

No that didn’t work. I’m accessing the AT&T router still.

Please explain what you mean by that and what you expect to happen instead?

If I set the AT&T BGW320-500 in Passthrough mode has specified, and placing my router into one of the other modem ports on AT&T router. I shouldn’t be able to access the 192.168.1.254 address from my network side.
