Internet Down NINE DAYS - Neighborhood Outage - NO PROGRESS
Need help ASAP... my neighborhood has an outage for 9 days now. I have called customer service and tech department and they keep saying it should be fixed in 24 hours. 24 hours come and go and still nothing. This is crazy not having service for this long with no results. I work from home and need internet. No one can seem to help me. I am about to cancel my service.. Can someone direct me to a department that I can get some results ASAP.

Any recent disasters that affecting large group of customers such as bombing, hurricane, tornado, ice storm, wild fire, etc.
In the above cases, restoring services to business accounts with SLA will take precedence over residential services.
If just neighborhood with all affected suggests major fiber damage, possibly from construction project… this may requiring digging needing local permits before project could begin.
