Insufficient Broadband
I have AT&T fiber internet, 1000 mps plan.
I have perhaps 9 devices that can connect to the internet. I have only 2 0r 3 of these on at a time.
I have a 3 yr old RCA Model RTU6050 TV that I operate using an Amazon Fire Stick. I have deleted unused applications and have cleared the caches on others to maximize space available. I use the AT&T modem/router equipment to connect to the internet.
I recently installed Paramount+ and seldom am able to operate is as it fails to load or if loaded, buffers often and probably kicks me out totally. I will sometimes get the 'insufficient bandwidth to operate this device' message. There are times with other applications where the same thing will happen.
Am I to understand the issue is with the TV? Checks of internet speed on my phone or iPad or computer are all in the 900 range.
Does anyone have a plausible explanation and or solution?

I'd say it's an issue with the Firestick. Is the TV a Smart TV with installed apps?
I've got 2 TVs with Rokus and 1TV with a Firestick. I've had the same sort of issue with the Firestick (which I HATE) and never with the Rokus (which I LOVE!).
I keep saying that I'm going to get rid of the Firestick but I do like the feature of having the feature of a web browser.
I'll be curious of anyone can advise on the Firestick issue. My only recommendation would be to try a different streaming device.

Thanks Skeeter TV is not a "smart tv" - runs with installed apps. I'll explore the Firestick potential

@treckymom77
What AT&T Gateway (modem) do you have?
It might be as simple as turning off IPv6 on the AT&T Gateway? Since the Paramount+ app fails so quickly that would be the first quick suggestion to try to get by this streaming app issue.

Great then you just need to access the web interface of your BGW210-700 and disable the IPv6 setting to see if it is an easy fix. Start by accessing this web link in your AT&T Gateway (it will open a new web browser tab): http://192.168.1.254/
From there you just navigate using the word links in the Blue part of the page banner. I will post a screenshot at the bottom of this post.
First locate and click on the Dark blue header link "Home Network" on the next Web page just click on the IPv6 link in the Light blue header under the Dark blue header. You will be prompted for your Access ID that is printed on the Yellow label on your BGW210-700 to make this change. Next you will be on the IPv6 tab and see the following page screenshot.
