How to replace broken ATT smart wi-fi extender under warranty
Purchased 11/18/2022, stopped working 12/29/2022, troubleshot with ATT tech support who determined it was the problem. They could not replace it transferred me to ATT support who told me since I purchased it online on the ATT website I had to do it online. Couldn’t find a way to accomplish it called back and after multiple attempts ATT support couldn’t do it as well? They put in a help ticket said try again in 7 days which I waited 14 days to try again without luck. I couldn’t be the first one with a broken device under warranty?

sounds like a job for .... OFFICE of the President. (search for that, don't have the correct email or phone #)...
I wish ALL providers (of EVERYTHING) would start to think of their customers as PEOPLE, and make things EASIER!!!!

I was not aware could purchase, only rental at $10 per month when ATT owns the device a replacement can be shipped and you need to return the original using FedEx or UPS.
SEVERAL years ago purchase was available on the older models for $49 each, 1 year warranty... after warranty you purchased another.
