Hello @DukeBurden, we will be happy to help with your high latency.

When this occurs, are you gaming? If so, we recommend going to the routers GUI and take a look at the logs by clicking on the diagnostics and logs. To see if that can give an indication to it.

We also have some information on High latency and ping, as well as what is acceptable and is able to be to ruled out.  You can also learn about some causes of high ping, and some possible solutions for them.
