Fiber Massive Failure in Nashville

2 months of on off. Weekends where no service for 48 hours. Right now no service since 2pm Saturday. Unreliable at best. Con job at worst with this product. Switching back to Comcast where we never had problems. The system has catastrophic failures.

I experienced similar issues on Eastern side of Elm Hill Pike. Data was so delayed I couldn't even stay on a phone call service was so bad. It all started in late Feb and March. Packet Quality was horrendous with AT&T only checks ping which says nothing about the actual data connection. I moved to Comcast and found they Nickel and Dime you to death on very low Data caps. FCC needs to ban caps and these Monopolies.
