current firmware version of the bgw210-700?
1. What is the current firmware version of the bgw210-700?
2. And how often does this update to a new version?
3. I keep seeing my modem reboot itself every day or two. Could a firmare update be causing this?

Well, well. Not sure if 'no news is good news' applies here, but I am at 14.25 days with no reboots. Again, I would LOVE to know the true 'resolution' to this, at least for me.

Since the latest firmware update, 4.21.5, I'm up for 13.5 days without a random reboot. Seems like a fix happened.

@hawkeye69 Just to be clear, is IPv6 on or off after 4.21.5 arrived?

I did not alter any IPv6 settings around the updated firmware. As far as I can tell, it's still on.

Since you were one of the first in this thread to get the update and you've been working fine for almost two weeks, it would be a valuable data point if you could check that setting and see what it is. Initial reports seem to indicate that it fixed the problem and one no longer needs to disable IPv6.
If you could go here http://192.168.1.254/cgi-bin/ip6lan.ha and enter the Access code that's on the BGW and see if it's on or off that would be great!

I can confirm that IPv6 and its related settings are all ON.

Excellent, thank you!
So it's looking more and more like the new FW specifically addressed this issue.

I'd say so.
I haven't seen any release notes on the 4.21.5 firmware. Does ATT post that info online?

No there are no public Firmware Upgrade or release notes available. We just try to figure what gets fixed, added, or broken for each new Firmware release.

Incredible that ATT doesn't have a clue and leaves this up to the customers to sort.
