current firmware version of the bgw210-700?
1. What is the current firmware version of the bgw210-700?
2. And how often does this update to a new version?
3. I keep seeing my modem reboot itself every day or two. Could a firmare update be causing this?

Thank you for the additional info. I am using Wi-Fi and am not using passthrough. I just disabled IPv6 under Home Network -> IPv6.
Plus, to answer someone's recent question I am in southeastern Wisconsin.
And, pdhaudio83, where in the GUI is the 'datapump' version listed?

There’s definitely people that are more familiar with firmware upgrading as a pertains to step upgrades. I don’t know if these need to be step upgraded in a particular order. If you don’t see your firmware version number changing, but you see reboots in the information page then obviously it’s not due to firmware updates.
when I had my 210, it was on the shelf, not receiving upgrades because I was doing the bypass method altogether. When I finally had to go back to the 210, it would not even upgrade unless I did a forced reset. After that it rebooted for two or three nights, but it was upgrading each time.

I would be amazed if you have 3.20.5 and your datapump doesn't end in d27n. I would also be amazed if you have fiber and it made a bit of difference what your datapump is.

Of course! After 11 days of no reboot, during a video call I had, the router rebooted. Guess it's back to square one.

I noticed early this morning a reboot. I will admit...how I knew is weird. I have an HP laserjet printer in my bedroom/office in Power/Standby. When the WiFi is interrupted/rebooted in my home, it turns on. Don't ask me why. I first thought it was my robot vacuum that might have gotten caught on a wire and caused the gateway to reboot...nope.
My router rebooted two hours ago and upgraded to 4.21.5. Do you want to know how extremely cautiously optimistic I am that this will resolve the issue? ;)
I thought I saw another thread/post that this firmware didn't resolve someone's issue. Anyway, let's see how things go.
Thanks.

Well, I am keeping my fingers crossed... ;)
4 days with no reboots. Most recent changes made: Disable IPv6 on the Home Network tab of my BGW 320 and the router updating to firmware 4.21.5 on or around 1/26/23 (unfortunately, these happened very close to each other).
Will keep y'all updated.

Well my BGW210 has rebooted 3 times in the last 24 hrs. Twice in a row tonight. After the last reboot I see firmware is now at 4.21.5.
If this happens again I will be looking to move to xfinity

Sorry, Nickzel. I am 7.5 days no reboots. This literally hasn't happened since mid-December. Only problem - I'm not sure what the solution was:
1. Disabling IPv6 on my home network tab.
2. Upgrade of firmware to 4.21.5.
3. AT&T resolving whatever potential issue with 10Gbit rollout across infrastructure.
Hopefully all is resolved soon.
