Hey @ClMcB

We'd be happy to help with your subnet. We can direct you were to start. Inside the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) settings, use the "192" ip settings. We do not recommend changing any settings without proper research. Support for advanced networking is limited.

You can get help with advanced networking with our ConnecTech. There is a charge for using ConnecTech.

Let us know if this helps

Thank you, I figured it out myself after being on hold and transferred around to 5 different people, then call was dropped after 3+ hours with no call back.

ConnecTech said it couldn't be done or I had to get a static ip address or they would send me a new router.

@ClMcB.

As they said, you would have to purchase a third party router that is capable of using this feature or a static IP address.

Thank you for choosing AT&T.

Oh, puuhhhlease, guys. it's a simple change. It doesn't require ConnecTech. It's not dangerous.
