How do I go about cancelling my uverse service?

Call 1-800-288-2020 and say "Cancel" when prompted.

Continue to check your bill after you cancel. They may continue to charge you and it's impossible to get a refund. I spent many hours on the phone and was promised a refund several times to no avail in the same situation.

I tried to cancel my business phone and internet for the last 3 hrs. now...called the Loyalty number and when you choose number 3 to disconnect they give you email address to go to...www.att.com/disconnectdesk.....I've attempted to do that several times and now it won't accept our business email...when I try to do the manual entry it asks circuit numbers etc. and none of that info is on my bill...........how can I cancel

I to have been massively played around with as well! A whopping just shy of a $300.00/mo. AT&T bill for just wireless service and Mifi box for mediocre Internet! With ACS I pay a flat rate of $106.00/mo. for legitimate full high-speed internet! I have been trying to cancel my mifi internet account for over a year now to no avail. So, I just shut it off and am still paying an astronomical amount just for my wireless phone service. AT&T use to be one of the best and I have no idea when or why they have transitioned to make it a point to rip off their loyal customers. It is a shame and a travesty of pure piracy and straight up (Edited per community guidelines) of ones hard earned money. I am going to quit AT&T all together and never look back.
