BGW210-700 - Static IP - VPN Server Dropping Connection

I have a BGW210-700 and a block of static IPs. The Static IPs are working fine and I have IP Passthrough Setup with one of the IPs on my ASUS RT-AC3200. I am having issues using the VPN Server functionality of my ASUS router through the BGW210-700 Gateway.

I would prefer to use the PPTP Server option and when I do my Asus Router logs show a "LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests " which looks to be why it never fully connects using PPTP.

My router does have an OpenVPN option and when I tried that it does connect but still drops continuously.

I did turn off just about everything in the Advanced Firewall Rules except for Reflexive ACL and it does not look like any check boxes are selected under the Packet Filters Tab.

The one thing that stands out to me is when I go to my Home Network Status, it shows IP Passthrough ON but the passthrough address is not familiar. It is in the range 66.138.185.xxx. The IP I set for my ASUS Router WAN port is in the range 68.72.xx.xxx.

I have been going through these message boards for a couple days and really cant find anything new to check. Any thoughts?

We are here to help, @logickal.

We recommend that you isolate your third party equipment if possible to see if that is what is causing the trouble with your AT&T gateway.

We suggest that you talk to the manufacturer of your third party equipment, and they will help you with any questions that you have.

If you have  any other questions or concerns, feel free to reach back out.

Thank you for contacting AT&T.

I will reach out to ASUS who is the manufacture of my gateway... through other searches it seemed to me the issue was latency or dropped packets through the ATT Gateway while using Passthrough. I was hoping to get a direct answer on the IP Passthrough address and confirming that I indeed to have my gateway set up correctly.

I would like to leave this ticket opened if possible to give ASUS some time to respond.
