Best Router/Gateway/Modem for ATT FIber
I am looking into switching to ATT Fiber and wondering about equipment. My house is fairly large and has plaster walls which makes it hard to broadcast wifi signal across the entire house. First, would the gear ATT provides be fast and cover my entire house? And if not, would it be possible to either buy more equipment from ATT or connect a mesh Wifi System such as Netgear Orbi to ATT's provided gateway? (I think that process is called IP Passthrough but am not sure). Thank you.

The gateway probably won’t provide very good WiFi. Try it in your home. If WiFi is not good enough, buy a mesh system. You could use ip passthrough or you could set the mesh system up as an access point. Other forum members may be able to recommend the best mesh system. I use an ASUS router for my WiFi and routing needs.
