AT&T Switch/Server 220.127.116.11 in Redmond, WA has been at 70%+ Packet loss for more than 24h
I've tried every method possible without success; nobody in support can help and I've wasted hours trying to report this issue. MTR shows the AT&T owned server in Redmond, WA with the IP of 18.104.22.168 at 70%+ packet loss. Two AT&T employees have confirmed this but have said "we don't know how to report this".
This needs to be fixed ASAP. It's quite disturbing this Switch/Router/Server has gone unfixed for this long and there's no viable way to report it
